Job Summary

  • Develop and maintain Division's monitoring indicators and Key Performance Indicators to ensure that SGD's operations are on track, resources are well managed and for reporting to stakeholders.
  • Provide Cluster, Satellite Office and Division levels data analysis and garner insights/feedback to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to inform operations planning and development, and continuous improvements.
  • Consolidate, coordinate and rationalise communications and collaborations between SGD Clusters and Satellite Offices, AIC Divisions and SGD HQ teams.
