Key Requirements
High School diploma/GED
Five (5) years of maintenance experience
Valid AR driver’s license with fewer than 12 points
Bachelor's degree in business, education, general liberal arts, or related field, plus three (3) years of project management or office coordination (Preferred)
Six (6) to ten (10) years of landscaping and grounds keeping experience with an additional five (5) years in a supervisory capacity (Preferred)
