Key Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED
  • Five (5) years of maintenance experience
  • Valid AR driver’s license with fewer than 12 points
  • Bachelor's degree in business, education, general liberal arts, or related field, plus three (3) years of project management or office coordination (Preferred)
  • Six (6) to ten (10) years of landscaping and grounds keeping experience with an additional five (5) years in a supervisory capacity (Preferred)
