Ensure quality excellence across routine operations, planned turnarounds, and both scheduled and emergent outages, driving rigorous QA/QC practices and defect elimination.
Serve as the enterprise operational quality authority, ensuring strong field presence, audit rigor, and governance for non-conformance management, stop-the-line authority, and root cause analysis.
