Job Summary

  • Responds to 311 service requests and insurance claims to determine root causes, conducts investigations, and coordinates with internal and external partners to manage work orders.
  • Conducts inspections and audits for maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and standards such as the City of Toronto Act and Highway Traffic Act.
  • Performs minor roadway and sidewalk repairs, marks areas for repair, and is responsible for seasonal duties including salting and shoveling, while also loading and unloading materials.
