Responds to 311 service requests and insurance claims to determine root causes, conducts investigations, and coordinates with internal and external partners to manage work orders.
Conducts inspections and audits for maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and standards such as the City of Toronto Act and Highway Traffic Act.
Performs minor roadway and sidewalk repairs, marks areas for repair, and is responsible for seasonal duties including salting and shoveling, while also loading and unloading materials.
