Adherence to Quality Management Systems
Reading and interpreting technical drawings
Manual and automatic machine operation
Inspection of parts and assemblies
Use of microscopes and measuring devices
Assembly of component parts per print
Nice-to-have
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with multiple assembly processes
Ability to work independently and in teams
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Flexibility to work in multiple facility locations
Key Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent
3 years catheter-related or 3-5 years light assembly experience in regulated industry
Medical device experience preferred
Certification in IPC soldering standards desired
Technical training in welding or material science preferred
