• You will architect and scale our Go/Postgres/Redis/GraphQL backend, working alongside world-class engineers and product minds to drive high-impact projects, lead critical design discussions, and collaborate directly with customers to shape a platform that’s transforming supply chain, manufacturing, and beyond.
• Lead and mentor engineers, providing guidance and expertise in backend development, database systems and distributed systems, while cultivating broader engineering skills.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience as a backend software engineer
• Proven experience architecting and implementing large or complex SaaS systems
• Extensive experience in database systems development, API design, data modeling, distributed systems
• Experience with Go and GraphQL strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven end-to-end ownership of engineering projects
• Strong judgment in technical/product tradeoffs
