  • The primary mission of an Inside Sales Executive is identifying and acquiring new customers over the phone or via digital leads, accelerating our business development and customer touchpoint capacity.
  • The secondary mission is to manage a portfolio of existing/dormant customers: to minimize customer churn, contribute to an enhanced Customer Experience, renew contracts, to expand existing business and own and bring any customer queries to resolution.
