Job Summary
The primary mission of an Inside Sales Executive is identifying and acquiring new customers over the phone or via digital leads, accelerating our business development and customer touchpoint capacity.
The secondary mission is to manage a portfolio of existing/dormant customers: to minimize customer churn, contribute to an enhanced Customer Experience, renew contracts, to expand existing business and own and bring any customer queries to resolution.
