Must-have

  • 5-8 years GRC or IT risk experience
  • ServiceNow ticket management proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree in MIS or related field
  • 2-4+ years IT ticket-based support
  • Microsoft Office suite proficiency

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with ServiceNow IRM module
  • Proficiency in Lucid charts and Visio
  • Ability to manage ServiceNow dashboards
  • Bilingual proficiency advantage
  • Self-starter and independent judgment

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (MIS, IS, IT, Cybersecurity)
  • 5-8 years Governance, Risk & Compliance experience
  • 2-4+ years IT ticket support environment experience
  • Understanding of ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, SOX frameworks
  • Willingness to work second shift (2 PM - 11 PM IST)
