Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in school improvement
  • Principal or assistant principal experience
  • Master's in education or related field
  • Existing strong network of educational leaders in Arizona
  • Experience working with superintendents and district executives
  • Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
  • Experience coaching, evaluating, and supervising teams
  • Proven ability to manage for results
  • Proven ability to analyze and synthesize data
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
