Job Summary
This individual will lead the integration of reliability & robustness in New Product Development as well as drive warranty reduction task force using structured approach problem solving.
Ensure all quality manufacturing quality activities PFMEA, Control Plans and Reaction plans are institutionalized and are being fully integrated as part of the manufacturing launch activities.
Provide hands on coaching and training on PFMEA, Control Plans & manufacturing APQP and lead and train the manufacturing team on a structured approach to problem solving utilizing 8D and Six Sigma disciplines.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in operations management, Engineering or related field
8+ years in related work experience
Master’s Degree in Reliability Engineering or equivalent engineering discipline
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Preferred Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt)
Demonstrated hands on Design for Reliability, Design for Robustness or Design For Six Sigma experience
Demonstrated experience in deploying quality breakthrough in New Product Development Process
