Job Summary

  • This individual will lead the integration of reliability & robustness in New Product Development as well as drive warranty reduction task force using structured approach problem solving.
  • Ensure all quality manufacturing quality activities PFMEA, Control Plans and Reaction plans are institutionalized and are being fully integrated as part of the manufacturing launch activities.
  • Provide hands on coaching and training on PFMEA, Control Plans & manufacturing APQP and lead and train the manufacturing team on a structured approach to problem solving utilizing 8D and Six Sigma disciplines.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in operations management, Engineering or related field
  • 8+ years in related work experience
  • Master’s Degree in Reliability Engineering or equivalent engineering discipline
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Preferred Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt)
  • Demonstrated hands on Design for Reliability, Design for Robustness or Design For Six Sigma experience
  • Demonstrated experience in deploying quality breakthrough in New Product Development Process
