Your primary goal will be to deliver excellent customer service and assist injured claimants in their recovery and return to work.

Key Requirements
Demonstrated experience in claims management OR Strong Customer Service Skills OR Allied Health experience
Personal injury experience in alternative schemes is also highly desirable

Sound analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
