This role involves administrative, personnel, nursing care, safety, equipment, care plan, and budget functions to support and maintain nursing services in accordance with regulations and facility policies.
The position requires participation in staff development, quality assurance, infection control, and safety programs while fostering a positive and calm environment for residents and staff.

Key Requirements
