Previous factory experience with PCBA, control box, wire harnesses, motor, VFD, sensors
Proficient in understanding 3D and 2D drawings
Experience in driving supplier qualification programs
Good knowledge of Purchasing disciplines and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Experience in Project Management
Value engineering skills (VAVE, should-cost analysis, benchmarking)
