Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Microsoft 365 administration experience
Hands-on experience with core M365 stack
Experience managing Microsoft Intune environments
Nice-to-have
Experience in financial services environments
Familiarity with ITIL service management
Strong judgment on escalation and prioritization
Key Requirements
7–10 years of experience in Microsoft 365
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Purview
Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
