NAPA is seeking a Counter Sales associate for its Commerce City, CO location, who will serve as the primary point of contact for customers in a fast-paced retail environment focused on automotive parts. The ideal candidate should have some automotive knowledge or a willingness to learn, along with strong customer service skills

Job Summary

  • As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you are looked at as the “face of the retail store” and the go to person as soon as our customers enter our retail stores for all of their automotive needs.
  • Provide auto parts answers and solutions for our retail and wholesale customers in person at the counter/over the phone.
  • This position offers an hourly pay of $20.50 with pay progression opportunities.
