Job Summary

  • The Global Business Excellence Lead is responsible for leading a global business excellence team focused on strengthening commercial performance across US and Ex-US markets through insights, tools and best practices.
  • This role and their team will be responsible for close partnership with leaders in our global markets to understand advanced analytical and best practice needs to deliver on GH&B goals.
  • The annual base salary for this position ranges from $176,600.00 to $294,300.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
