Job Summary

  • Provides direct nursing care as necessary and supports in QAPI to develop and implement appropriate plans of action to correct identified deficiencies.
  • Assists with MDS completion with the interdisciplinary team in timely completion of the assessments and delivers teaching and training for MDS item completion to interdisciplinary team members.
  • Must be able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and, at times, hostile people within the facility.
