Job Summary

• Lead the development and execution of plant technical strategies across engineering, maintenance, and capital programs to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
• Manage the plant technical organization, oversee capital and expense budgets, and partner with Corporate Engineering to deliver capital projects.
• Establish associate safety as the plant’s top priority across all technical activities and lead cross-functional development and execution of the plant capital plan.
