The Senior Category Program Manager is responsible for executing category strategies in the field by leveraging product expertise and delivering sales training across multiple product categories.
This role also manages supplier engagement and program execution including promotions, new product introductions, and product launches.
The Senior Category Program Manager leads and develops a team of (5) Category Program Managers (CPMs), providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
