  • Essential duties include assisting the Director of Nursing Services, participating in policy development, ensuring reference materials are current, and maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual.
  • The role requires ensuring sufficient licensed nursing staff and certified nursing assistants are available, developing work assignments, and delegating administrative authority to Charge Nurses.

Key Requirements

  • Nursing Degree from accredited college
