The Cell Leader will be responsible for the training, coaching and team building of assigned employees, reporting to the Value Stream Manager.
Key responsibilities include maintaining compliance with contractual requirements, developing a flexible workforce, monitoring safety, and coordinating with support resources.
This onsite first shift role in Forest, MS requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance (Secret).

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree and minimum 3 years experience
Experience managing a production team
Experience in manufacturing planning/scheduling
Experience with lean manufacturing concepts
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
