Key Requirements

  • 10+ years experience as a product manager, product designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher
  • 8+ years synthesizing and prioritizing user input
  • 5+ years managing experiences in Benefits, Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking
  • 5+ years in a team leadership role
  • 5+ years experience with Workday product capabilities and industry standards
  • Open to 50% office reporting structure in Pleasanton
