Job Summary
As the Chief Engineer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the maintenance systems are running efficiently to ensure the safety of our clients and their properties.
You will assist in the development of the annual budget and RFP process for budgeted projects, including developing the scope of work, vendor selection, bid analysis, and vendor recommendation.

Key Requirements
At least 4 years building/property maintenance experience
Universal HVAC Certification
Valid driver’s license
Knowledge of NFPA 70E, OSHA 10, LEED, IAQ
Proven ability to read blueprints and schematics
Authorized to work in the United States
Work Rights
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
