  • This role maintains the Legal department budget across four regions and four GLs, overseeing outside counsel billing, spend tracking, accruals, and forecasting, while driving cost management initiatives and improving billing tools.
  • Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, with key responsibilities including annual budget process, outside counsel billing governance, and financial reporting.
