Job Summary

• Assists the nursing staff in the provision of basic nursing care to non-acutely ill patients, i.e., personal hygiene, activities of daily living and mobility.
• Assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment and may be required to transport medications.
• Observes, collects, documents and reports intake and output, vital signs and weights, and provides bathing, oral and hair care, bed making, ambulation and positioning, and toileting.
