• Minimum 3–5 years warehouse/logistics experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or 5S experience
• SAP EWM hands-on experience
• Certified forklift operator
• Ability to lift 40-pound containers
