Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
Fluency in German and English
Significant experience in quality management in manufacturing
Proven experience managing a team and implementing quality policies
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing)
Experience with statistical process control and data analysis (e.g. MiniTab)
