  • The Field Integration Specialist supports the operational planning and coordination of headquarters-to-field initiatives.
  • This role manages the field communications calendar, coordinates cross-functional planning for initiatives that impact the field, and ensures communications and operational changes are sequenced appropriately to support field readiness.
  • The Field Integration Specialist partners with Operations, People, Marketing, Tech, and other HQ teams to coordinate initiative timing, manage intake of field-impacting requests, and maintain visibility into upcoming communications and operational changes.
