Job Summary
The Field Integration Specialist supports the operational planning and coordination of headquarters-to-field initiatives.
This role manages the field communications calendar, coordinates cross-functional planning for initiatives that impact the field, and ensures communications and operational changes are sequenced appropriately to support field readiness.
The Field Integration Specialist partners with Operations, People, Marketing, Tech, and other HQ teams to coordinate initiative timing, manage intake of field-impacting requests, and maintain visibility into upcoming communications and operational changes.
