Job Summary

• This position is responsible for delivering social support services to, and the data management of returning citizens in the tri-county area, as well as contract monitoring for Health and Behavioral Health providers for all seven counties in region 8.
• The specialist is also expected to recommend best practices for Offender Success protocols and continuously improve efficiency and cost effectiveness in relation to support purchases such as food and hygiene.
• The expectation is they will work closely with the Community Coordinator, local partners and community providers as needed to ensure the full integration of Offender Success services within the larger Kinexus Team.
