  • This position requires responding to emergency situations, evaluating and correcting defects, and initiating correct response protocols when problems cannot be resolved.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum three years experience in building systems operations
  • Two years experience with large scale heating and cooling systems
  • EPA Section 608 Technician Certification - Universal
  • OSHA 10-hour General Industry Safety and Health card
  • Successful completion of probationary period
  • Criminal background check and motor vehicle review
