  • Provide exceptional support and customer service to your assigned caseload (Employer Groups of 100 to 499 lives), through daily guidance and education of their benefit products.
  • Identify and promote the sale of additional lines of coverage or plan improvements, and recommend plan changes as appropriate.
  • Cultivate meaningful, effective relationships by collaborating with internal and external customers to provide the best possible outcome for all parties involved.
