Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
HVAC coil cleaning and filter replacement skills
Plumbing repair capabilities for toilets and sinks
Painting and general handyman task execution
CMMS system usage for work order updates
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs regularly
Nice-to-have
EPA Universal License certification
BAS (Building Automation System) experience
Strong safety hazard recognition abilities
Tenant services request handling skills
Proactive problem escalation communication
Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year of related experience in carpentry, electrical, or plumbing
High School Diploma or equivalent required
