The primary purpose of this role is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
Responsibilities include administering medications, maintaining resident records, coordinating care with physicians, and ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulations.
The position requires a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with a current, unencumbered license and CPR certification.
