  • This role owns and champions the AIG $32M Digital Productivity commitment, drives validated EBITA impact, and integrates Lean Management Systems with AI, automation, and analytics to deliver measurable financial outcomes.
  • Operating at near-Director level, this leader drives strategy deployment (X-Matrix), productivity governance, KPI leadership, and enterprise digital transformation aligned to the 2026 AIG PPI Goal Tree and EBITA expansion objectives.
  • Develop organizational capability through coaching, mentoring, and certification in Lean, Digital PPI, and structured problem-solving.
