  • Provide leadership to the Arkansas 4-H Civic Engagement and Leadership program statewide, including curriculum development and review, state event coordination, volunteer and staff training, communication, and scholarship at the state level and beyond.
  • Program planning and revision for new and continuing project areas in 4-H, collaboration and partnership development with stakeholders, extension agents and faculty to disseminate and develop 4-H project materials to youth in Arkansas.
