Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for the coordination of the entire transplant process from day of referral to time of transplant for potential heart and lung transplant candidates.
  • The role serves as a liaison for the transplant team with pulmonologists, cardiologists, consulting services, dietetics, social services and insurance company representatives.
  • Candidates must possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and formulate an appropriate course of action in collaboration with the transplant team.
