Job Summary

  • Partner with the Salesforce Service Cloud Product Manager to ensure that the Salesforce Service Cloud platform implementation is fully aligned with business objectives by maximizing the platforms capabilities and partnering with the technical architect to design and build scalable solutions.
  • Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools such as Formulas, Flow Builder, Assignment Rules, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Email and Slack alerts.
  • Stay current with new Salesforce technologies, platform enhancements, releases, industry trends, implement best practices and engaging in regular Salesforce release readiness activities.

Key Requirements

  • 6-8 years IT experience
  • 5+ years Salesforce development
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Salesforce customization and configuration
  • Apex, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes
  • UI technologies (Bootstrap, LDS, etc.)
  • Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • CI/CD version control systems
  • FFLIB (Apex Common Framework)
  • Integration experience (REST, SOAP, oAuth, SSO)
  • Standard/Custom Object creation
  • Software development lifecycle and DevOps tools
  • Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery/Deployment
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance
