The Material Coordinator will perform all activities related to shipping/receiving, storing, delivering, transferring, reconciling, and cycle counting materials per cGMP procedures and regulations, within multiple systems and/or between multiple sites

Job Summary

  • The Material Coordinator will perform all activities related to shipping/receiving, storing, delivering, transferring, reconciling, and cycle counting materials per cGMP procedures and regulations, within multiple systems and/or between multiple sites.
  • Use Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV) to move warehouse materials and operate trucks (flat bed or panel) to move warehouse materials, hazardous materials or general receiving goods following Department of Transportation regulations.

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Bio Works Certification
  • One-year warehouse/material/inventory experience
  • Ability to follow SOPs and learn documentation practices
  • Good communication and positive attitude
