Key Requirements

  • 9+ years experience in transformation, process improvement, project management, change management, or business analysis
  • Experience in financial services, preferably investment management
  • Experience in 'Big 4' type organizations or comparable consulting
  • Experience managing and growing direct reports
  • Solid analytical skills and ability to resolve complex problems
  • Experience operating in ambiguous environments and establishing structure
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Jira/Confluence, Monday.com, and Visio
