Salary
Base: $103,000.00 - $157,000.00 per year; Bonus/Equity: Annual Incentive Award pursuant to Short-term Incentive plan and Long-term Incentive plan (if applicable); Benefits: Group benefits and retirement plans

Key Requirements
5+ years experience leading leadership development programs
University degree in HR, IO Psychology, Organizational Development, Business, or related discipline
Coaching certification highly desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Familiarity with Qualtrics and Workday highly desirable
Proven success developing and delivering leadership and team development programs
Relationship management, stakeholder management, influencing, and consulting skills
