Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, generator, steam, gas, fire & safety, rainwater harvesting equipment, HVAC refrigeration, interior paint and decorating, and respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum resident satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
Abide by preventive maintenance policies and procedures and actively manage preventative maintenance schedule to ensure timely and consistent execution of program.

Class 3 Engineer License from DC
