Job Summary

  • This Administrative Officer III position will be the main point of contact for HR and staff related activity for the NCDOT Office of Economic Opportunity and Compliance.
  • The position will design, develop and plan all services delivered within its purview including implementation and evaluation of the programs established.
  • The position will consult on or handle all EOC staff, hiring, staff development and performance related functions such as processing posting and hiring of positions, preparing personnel transactions within the HR system, completing necessary HR forms (HR action forms etc.), coordinating new employee onboarding and orientation and training.
