JLL is seeking a Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) Director to oversee HSSE management systems across EMEA, ensuring compliance and fostering a strong safety culture. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HSSE management, particularly in high-risk environments, and will play a critical role in enhancing the safety and well-being of employees and contractors
Job Summary
The HSSE Director will manage the implementation of JLL’s HSSE management systems on client sites, across an assigned geographic area, in EMEA, ensuring employees and contractors return home safe and healthy and minimizing environmental impact.
This key account role provides tactical HSSE leadership, ensuring all sites in their assigned geographic area are compliant with JLL, client, and local regulatory requirements, and acting as the primary HSSE point of contact.
The role involves actively supporting and implementing key HSSE programs focused on Culture Development, Health & Wellbeing, and High-Risk Work Management, while developing and managing client relationships.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of experience in HSSE management
Degree in occupational safety and health or related subject
Recognized professional HSSE qualifications
