Job Summary

  • The Head of Security Operations is a senior strategic leader responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving Haleon’s global physical security framework.
  • This role ensures the protection of people, assets, and operations across all sites and throughout the extended supply chain.
  • As a member of the SIA Leadership Team, the role drives enterprise-wide security risk mitigation while leading a high-performing, geographically dispersed team of Corporate Security Managers and regional professionals.
