Job Summary
Supports licensed provider in culturally appropriate crisis-oriented triage, assessment, and other appropriate mental health screenings via mobile response to appropriate children and families.
Provides short-term case management support to assist with monitoring of symptoms, stressors, level of risk, safety planning, and de-escalation during stabilization phase.
Assists with identifying and building skills, social supports, accessing resources, and services to assist with stabilizing the crisis and preventing future crises from occurring.
