Centralize, consolidate, and validate all of the Maison's real estate data in Europe (leases, titles, rents, CAPEX, ESG...).
Develop automated data flow scripts and tools to ensure an exhaustive and real-time view of the portfolio.
Produce performance analyses of the portfolio (rents/m², occupation costs, profitability, market comparison...) and set up dashboards and key indicators.
