Job Summary
We have an incredible opportunity to build a new Service team in the Hudson, Ohio area and we’re looking for a Service Manager to understand, and exceed, our customer expectations.
Develop and execute business growth strategies with sales and business development teams, and oversee multiple revenue streams including maintenance contracts, service, major projects, parts sales, and warranty services.
Supervise office staff and field technicians, ensuring compliance with performance standards and policies, and lead and develop the service team to enhance customer satisfaction.
