The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their care plan.
Employees must report all changes in residents' conditions, accidents, and incidents to the Health and Wellness Director and Executive Director promptly.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Knowledge of blood/body fluid exposure protocols
Experience with resident assessment and care plans
Nice-to-have
Strong communication skills for reporting changes
Ability to create a warm and positive environment
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
