• The Production Engineer acts as a technical resource for Operations personnel in the plant, responsible for optimizing operations, resolving problems, and ensuring safe, efficient, reliable, and compliant production.
• This role drives effective change implementation and sustained gains through strong collaboration across site teams, focusing on Lean and Continuous Improvement, with a commitment to Safety, Compliance, and Process Excellence.
• Key responsibilities include acting as a local expert for assigned product lines/processes, establishing and monitoring KPIs, managing small to medium capital projects, and building strong operating discipline through documentation and knowledge transfer.
