The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, clinical knowledge, and experience in gerontology or long-term care
Job Summary
Participates in conducting behavioural assessments, implements and documents specific behavioural interventions, and monitors and evaluates care as provided.
Coaches other direct care staff, supports Behavioural Support Ontario leads, and updates behaviour tracking forms.
